Overview

Rumbalist is a Spain-based nightlife concierge that gets visitors onto guest lists and books VIP tables at clubs like Opium, Pacha, Sutton and Shoko. We built the multi-agent WhatsApp concierge that now handles thousands of conversations every month — fully automated — and replaced a 3-person team that was answering chats around the clock.

Challenge

Rumbalist's entire booking funnel runs through WhatsApp — three people were answering questions about guest lists, party schedules, partner venues, dress codes, table prices and bookings, every single day. Volume kept growing and response time kept slipping.
